No, Bloom Shipping Boxes are a separate product. If you wish to use a Bloom Shipping Box for sending your blooms to us, ensure you add one to your cart before checkout!
If you are worried about your blooms sustaining damage during shipment, you have a couple options!
- You can purchase Bloom Protection when checking out and this will cover the replacement costs of any blooms that don't make it through shipment or the preservation process. Bloom Protection has conditions and exclusions that apply, so make sure you are familiar with those prior to purchase.
- If your blooms arrive in poor condition, and you did not purchase Bloom Protection, you have the opportunity to Reorder Blooms from our florist team. This eliminates the hassle of trying to ship more blooms to us!
After placing an order with us, you will be sent an email that includes a registration code for the app! This registration code will be linked to your order, and will let you track the progress of your blooms and custom fine art piece.
You can download our Pressed Floral app from the app store on your mobile phone. The app can also be accessed on desktop and mobile through a web browser: app.www.pressedfloralshop.com

YOUR FLORALS
Our floral preservation process is entirely customizable, you are welcome to order whatever size you want!
For reference, a standard bouquet can fill a 16x20 frame or smaller. Smaller bouquets typically fill an 11x14 or smaller. And a larger bouquet can fill an 18x24 or smaller.
You are always welcome to send us additional blooms to fill a larger frame size, or order flowers from our florist to supplement your bouquet and fill a larger size!
Blooms are best for preservation within 5 days of your event. Please note that if we receive your blooms past that 5 day window, they likely will not come in a workable condition for preservation!
Yes! Due to the thickness limit of our frames, there are a few flowers that we are unable to press. These include, but are not limited to: artificial flowers, silver brunia balls, some pincushions, cacti, pinecones, additional fruits and vegetables, pendants, and holly berry.
Unfortunately, if your blooms are already dried they cannot be pressed. However, we do have our Custom Pressed Floral Necklace and our Custom Locket that can hold fragments of your dried blooms!
If you are most interested in a pressed frame, we also offer full recreations of bouquets, where we source and press all the blooms for you!
Not at all! Although we commonly work with bouquets, we can preserve any type of floral arrangement.
We recommend freshly cutting the stems and putting your arrangement in a vase of cool water, out of direct sunlight. It is not recommended that your arrangement is put in the fridge. This will ensure your blooms remain as fresh as they can before shipment to us!
Yes, and we would be honored to. We have worked with many clients and their blooms from memorial events and funerals. We cherish the opportunity to preserve something so meaningful to remember a loved one's life.
Of course! You can send us as many flowers as you want, and we will press and preserve the amount we need to make your custom fine art pieces!

Of course! However, we want to make you aware that because our products are custom fine art pieces, each order must be attached to a client.
If you are placing an order as a gift and want the recipient to receive all the communication from us regarding their frame, such as approving the frame design, be sure to include their information on the account!
If you want this gift to remain a surprise until the recipient receives the frame, include your contact information and we will communicate with you regarding their frame.
Due to the fragile nature of floral preservation, we do not create custom pieces internationally.

Pressed Floral Bloom Protection safeguards your blooms during shipping and preservation.
Damaged or Lost Blooms
- Pressed Floral will cover blooms that suffer damage in transit, including those arriving in a condition unsuitable for preservation. Coverage extends to blooms that may not survive the preservation process due to various natural factors. Bloom Protection also covers blooms that were lost or stolen in shipment. Pressed Floral will replace these blooms to replicate the damaged or lost flowers.
Conditions
- Eligibility hinges on the purchase of Bloom Protection with your initial order, and liability is contingent on blooms arriving within 5 days of your event. Eligibility of lost blooms is contingent on a tracking number showing proof of delivery or loss.
Exclusions
- Bloom Protection only applies if you adhere to our shipping instructions. Protection is excluded if the blooms arrive at our facility more than 5 days after the event. Protection does not extend to supplying extra blooms for additional frames or frames larger than the ordered size.
Replacement and Compensation
- We will cover the costs associated with damaged blooms as defined in the coverage.
Bloom Protection is not required, but highly recommended. If you would like to opt out of bloom protection, you can do that in the checkout stage!
Shipping Protection covers your finished fine art piece during its transit back to you, in the rare event that your package becomes lost or damaged.
In this case, you will be ensured either a full recreation or a refund on your order with Pressed Floral. Shipping Protection is not required, but highly recommended! You can toggle Shipping Protection on during checkout.

To ship your blooms to Pressed Floral you can either use our Bloom Shipping Box (if your event is in the future) or you can ship your blooms on your own!

Bloom Shipping Boxes are a separate product. If you wish to use a Bloom Shipping Box for sending your blooms to us, ensure you add one to your cart before checkout!
The Blooms Shipping Box is designed to be the most affordable way for clients to ship their blooms to our locations.
We have worked with our shipping carriers to get the lowest rates for overnight shipping.
The bloom shipping box contains $20 of bloom-safe packaging materials and a $125 pre-paid overnight return shipping label.
The Bloom Shipping Box is set to automatically ship one month before the event date, using the shipping method selected upon checkout.
This prevents needing to store the shipping box for a long period of time before use.

Including your name and order number when shipping us your florals is a very important step. This helps us identify which order the blooms belong to and properly integrate your order in our system.
If you forgot your order number in your shipment to us, please reach out to [email protected] as soon as you realize! Send them an email including your name, order number, and the address the box was shipped from. They can ensure your blooms get connected to your order!
CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS
Yes! We work with many clients who want to adjust their frame size or color throughout the process.
You are welcome to reach out to [email protected] with any desired adjustments to the order details!
Please note, once your blooms are sealed the order details cannot be adjusted.
We offer multiple types of designs! Our most popular is our traditional design, this includes all the blooms in the center, shaped like a bouquet!
We also offer abstract styles: Garden, puzzled, diagonal, and corners. Images of the various abstract design styles can be seen on each product page.
Of course! Once your blooms are in the design stage, you can work personally with your designer to customize your frame exactly the way you envision it. They are happy to make changes to your design and work with you until it is perfect!
Yes! We work with many paper good customizations including wedding invites, vows, poems, obituary, photos, etc. You are welcome to send those paper goods to us and we can include them in your frame.
If you are shipping these paper goods with your bouquet, put it in a ziploc bag and between two pieces of cardstock/cardboard so that it stays safe and the moisture from the flowers doesn't damage it.
If shipping it separately, make sure to include the name and order number so we can add it to your flowers.
It depends on what you are looking to include in your frame! Please reach out to [email protected] if you are interesting in adding anything besides florals or paper goods in your frame, and we can help determine if its possible!
Unfortunately we do not include any dates, names, or other information on the frame when it is completed. If this is something you envision, consider looking into other companies who may brand your frame when we are completed with it!
PRESSED FLORAL APP
We understand the sentimental nature of every bloom that comes through our shop. As you have trusted us with your blooms, we want to keep you updated every step of the way!
The Pressed Floral App is designed to make the process as transparent as possible, you will receive photos of how your blooms arrived to our shop and the stage updates during the preservation process they are undergoing.
When your blooms have finished preservation, your designer will upload a photo of your pressed blooms designed in the frame for your approval, and you can approve or leave comments all through the app!
